Executive Chef: Julie Butterworth
Hotel Carlisle and Embers Convention Center is opening the new Embers Steakhouse under the direction of the first female Executive Chef. After graduating from Boiling Springs High School in 1998, she attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts. Julie had a wonderful opportunity to do her internship at the Princess Royal is Ocean City, Maryland. She began her career at the Holiday Inn Carlisle and then transferred to Hotel Carlisle as the lead line cook in 2000. Within two years she moved into the Banquet Chef position where she developed her kitchen skills and mastered the culinary talents that prepared her for the Executive Chef.Restaurant Hours - 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
